I thought Dack was great his first season. When Duffy was back, he was relegated to practically nothing to do. I don't know if I thought of Rambo as masculine, per se, but he was so sensual and convincing in his love scenes at the very least. Very carnal quality, especially when paired with Morgan Fairchild!Poseidon3https://www.blogger.com/profile/10465785002285422594noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4006108502645191096.post-43248947126133928982018-05-30T09:32:33.731-04:002018-05-30T09:32:33.731-04:00I used to watch Dallas as a kid they should have j...I used to watch Dallas as a kid they should have just told Duffy sling a hook and put Dack in his place , when I found out he was gay it was a bit of a shock as he was so masculine but who;d have thought Hudson was gay as well..Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12993282582274000207noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4006108502645191096.post-91658241920139276832018-05-29T15:22:01.430-04:002018-05-29T15:22:01.430-04:00Dack definitely got used and shafted over at the E...Dack definitely got used and shafted over at the Ewing Ranch... and, as you say, he didn't get to reach his highest potential. He was typecast as a hunk, but the man could flat out act. As a writer what I could have done with his Jack Ewing character would have put Patrick Duffy to shame. At 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and17, I'd been seeing him fill the screen with his presence, and bulge. I really was sad to see him go. As someone who always thought men are best looking in their 40s, 50s, and 60s (I would have loved to see him later on as he aged.)

Another great post!

If I could could just make one tiny, little suggestion:

Any chance you could do a post on Lyle Waggoner?
