Something to look forward to, though he made so many movies I'm sure I'll never see every one of them. Thank you, everyone! (BTW, Gingerguy... it sounds like I really need to see "Serial!")Poseidon3https://www.blogger.com/profile/10465785002285422594noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4006108502645191096.post-41509680824359845062015-06-15T13:17:10.119-04:002015-06-15T13:17:10.119-04:00And almost forgot his uptight corporate CEO/gay bi...And almost forgot his uptight corporate CEO/gay biker dude in leather drag in "Serial"! What a great voice too, I read his obit in the NYT and it listed his love of singing, now I am curious. He should have covered "The Monster Mash" (I can dream can't I?) I think one of my favorite movies of his was released as "Horror Hotel" from the early 60's. Black and white and super fun. Tim Burton obviously loved him too. Thanks Poseidon.Gingerguyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17989371210392669145noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4006108502645191096.post-75817858128203527122015-06-11T18:17:54.318-04:002015-06-11T18:17:54.318-04:00A nice tribute. The horror films that were his bread and butter for many years aren't really my kind of films but of course I knew him and remember him fondly for being able to endure Lee Grant's virago in Airport '77. 93 years in apparently good health is quite a run. joel65913https://www.blogger.com/profile/14526657073681774683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4006108502645191096.post-41205453686082059242015-06-11T14:06:29.750-04:002015-06-11T14:06:29.750-04:00He gave wonderful performances and was always fun ...He gave wonderful performances and was always fun to watch.
